Creative Space Studio by JG is for other photographers/content creators/podcasters to have a space to be creative at an hourly rate. A small studio space that includes basic equipment- lighting, seamless paper backdrops, etc. Wi-Fi. Clothing Rack, Chairs, and other props all available for use. For podcasting- professional grade quipment- audio interface and mics are available. Production also available and rates can be discussed.
Props/Request
A list of available props will be emailed upon booking and at request- they will be set up in the studio for you at rental time. Special requests are always welcome, may require an additional fee. Inquire by email or call/text.
Who can Rent?
No special requirements, this space is for:
-Business owners to create content.
-Branding shoots.
-Photographers- space to shoot studio portraits of clients.
-Videographers- professional space for commercials/interviews.
-Content Creators
-Podcasting Studio
Studio is not reserved until retainer is collected, dates are confirmed with Jordan Guerrero, & agreement is signed.
Cost to Rent?
Open 24/7 but reserved by appointment only. Hourly rate, no minimum time required.
-$50/Hour- $25 Retainer to book
-$100/2 Hour- $50 Retainer to book
Retainer is collected at time of booking (non-refundable) Remaining fees must be paid in full by the day of. Make sure you are booking an adequate amount of time (Set up, break down, & clean-up is included in rental time)
Over time fee will be charged at $10 for every 10 mins over booking time.
Half day and Full day packages can be customized.

Rules:
-No Smoking/Vaping
-No drugs or anyone under the influence allowed in studio
-No alcohol consumption anywhere on premises
-No open flames/fire hazards
-Pornography is PROHIBITED- Boudoir is acceptable
-Music is to be kept at reasonable levels- respect other businesses
-No drilling/nailing/hanging
-No paint or permanent damaging items within studio
-Confetti/Glitter will require a clean-up fee & please confirm with Jordan Guerrero before use.
-You are held responsible for your clients in the studio. Respect the space. Children must never be left unattended, under no circumstances.
-Clean your area and be timely. Be courteous and have the space ready for the next photographer and their reserved time. You will have access to calendar to know if someone is behind you if you choose to last minute reserve more time.
Notices
24/7 surveillance indoor/outdoor and video recording within the shooting area. This will be used in the case of any damages/accidents for insurance purposes.
You may bring in your own props- (non-damaging) please note that items left behind will be assumed abandoned after 5 days.
Venmo- Zelle- and Debit cards are accepted.
Debit transactions will have a 3% charge fee, I apologize for any inconvenience, this is what the merchant charges.
